Silent refusal to reverse 8 months old transaction

On Saturday 20 October 2012 we attempted to make an ATM withdrawal from my bluebean credit card at Gezina Branch for R1100.00. The money did not appear but i was issued with an sms to my cell phone indicating that a withdrawal was made, immediately after that my bluebean card was retained by the ATM and an error massage appeared indicating that my card has been retained. I then called call Centre and informed them of my predicament and was reassured that the transaction will be immediately reversed and a new card issued without any charges. The new card was issued after about 7 days but the amount was not reversed. I went to Soshanguve plaza on 23 November 2012 to report the incident; I was told to complete an affidavit. With the assistance of Bank officials an affidavit was completed. On 03 December 2012 I received a call from Bluebean card division requesting me to return to the branch and fill customer care suspect forms. I visited the branch on 07 December 2012 and informed them of the request and a form was completed. The official (Dorah) confirmed that the amount was reversed on card no 5720550401418213 but re-instated on card no 5120550401556830. I see this as.
