CREDIT NOT REVERSED

On Saturday, 20 July 2013 @ 9:43 swiped with my credit card for purchase of goods. The lady at the till told me there was a network problem. If it transaction doesn't go through, Ill have to pay cash. I told her I didn't have cash so she'll just have to cancel the order.
She swiped the card, a total amount of R109.90 was deducted from my account, she told me the transaction didn't go through on her side.
I told her but the money was just deducted from my account, as I showed her the sms. ( FNB :-) R109.90 reserved for purchase @ Kfc Nina Park from FNB card a/c..886000 using card..6019)
She assured me that the transaction will be reversed. Its been 3 days now and my money has not been reversed. I JUST WANT MY MONEY!
