Reversal of Incorrect Transaction not Actioned

On the 25th a retail shop swiped my Debit card and the Manager punched in the incorrect amount. R1940.00 instead of R194.00, the Manager did not know how to reverse the transaction so I phoned FNB to reverse, they instructed the Manger of the store to send a fax requesting the reversal, this was done, the next day the transation was still not reversed despite the fact that the bank confirmed the transaction. After 5 dialed numbers and speaking to at least 7 different people (Who listened to my story but did not want to help), I was instructed yet again to phone Debit Card Dispute, I spoke to a lady called Emily, she looked at my account and said the transaction was in suspense and she told me she was reversing it, I went on my bank account and the balance was correct, but still no transaction showed, today I received my bank statement and it shows that my account is in overdraft with that amount plus bankcharges, I do not even have a overdraft facility on my savings account. So the reversal was still never done. I phoned the owner of the store and requested he pay the funds back in my account, I'm hoping this will happen. FNB you have the worst call centre service. NO TRUST
