After over 15 years of banking with standard bank, i am so disappointed with their service. After a transaction in my account, i called them immediately and the card was stopped and transaction was reversed. To my surprise the transaction wentvthrough again after 2 days on a new card and i have to complete an affidavit and wait for their investigations.
