I reported > sms alert cause CONFUSION

There is obviously no system in place how to communicate or manage / "errors"! 13 days ago this occurred and I was told I would immediately be emailed a dispute form to complete which AFTER being processed will then reverse this debit of R3'820. When nothing came I [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] : MOST URGENT!
I am still waiting for documents promised when this occurred pls send
Then: Absolutely Disputing this statement by R3'834.50 due to as was immediately & repeatedly advised to you by calls & emails with NO RESPONSE
I have fully complied with:
"4 Unauthorised use of the Credit Card and Credit Card Facility
4.1 You must take all reasonable steps to prevent any unauthorised use of the
credit card and/or credit card facility and/or PIN details"

16 emails 4 telephone calls NOTHING no replacement card as was promised either Nothing! Today say this transaction as on my statement just in, was reversed? & I must apply for a new card as it was an "error" is the existing card valid? Who knows?
spend R300k pa all paid 100% on time for years what a joke so SB is now getting the Merchants comm
