ON MY POLICY!!!

ABSA LIFE PAID OUT MY POLICY TO A PERSON AND WHEN I REPORTED THE MATTER THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL IMMEDIATELY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER. THIS HAPPENED ON THE 9TH OF JANUARY 2013. TWO WEEKS AGO I PHONED AND ASKED THEM WHAT IS GOING ON AND THEY SAID THAT DEIDRE CLOETE WILL PHONE ME BACK BEFORE THE END OF BUSINESS DAY. I WAITED 2 WEEKS WITHOUT A CALL FROM DEIDRE. THIS MORNING I PHONED AGAIN AND AGAIN SHE WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND I WAS PROMISED THAT SHE WILL PHONE ME BACK.BY 16HOO TODAY SHE HAVENT PHONED ME SO I CALLED AGAIN AND SPOKE TO SHANDRE AND ONCE AGAIN NO ONE COULD HELP ME. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO DEIDRE'S MANAGER GORDON AND HE WAS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE THEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO GORDONS MANAGER AND HE WAS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE. IT SEEMS THAT NO ONE AT ABSA LIFE IS DOING THEIR JOB OR EVEN AT WORK!!! J BRITZ
