Lewis Stores
2 Months & still WAITING for a TV

I, Bronwyn Mulder the employer of Ms. G. Cornelius. Ms Cornelius has purchased a Samsung TV 4Feb13, & arrangement were made to collect the TV in Cape Town, as it is a gift for her brother. I called the call centre 20Mar & spoke to Zandile. 22Mar Deidre called me from, & advised they go a TV & its going to be delivered to her brothers house. I enquired about the cost, as she is a domestic worker. Deidre said its R600, & i said we will collect it. Deidre said she will get back to me. This morning Deidre called to advise that the TV has been sold. Ms Cornelius has 2 options: cancel the sale, or WAIT AGAIN.
She is paying for something, she does not have.

Why are the stores selling stock, if you have customers who has already paid and waiting for stock?

So far no compensation has been offered for the LONG DELAY.
The thing that bothers me the most is that the warranty of the TV. I would like the warranty to begin from the date of delivery, and why should she have to pay R600.00

This experience has damaged our faith in the brand.

Waiting Replay,
Bronwyn Mulder
