I took out a 1G Ipad contact yestersday, and the operator promised me it will be delivered today. I phoned the call centre to find out when I will get it the reply was not today maybe monday I must phone RAM to find out. I phoned RAM they havent even received it form Vodacom. I phoned Vodacom again, one of the other operators said it will be two the three days for delivery and that the lady who did the application will phone me I asked to speak to a manager, the managers arent here they are in another building. The lady phoned me, she spoke something of a confirmation call which I didnt get and wasnt told of and said she will get back to. I phoned VODACOM again and asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold for 6min so I hung up. IS THIS THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!
