I phoned ABSA Home Loan department multiple times to assist me in changing my life insurance policy which is ceded to ABSA. As per their policy I MUST have life insurance if I have a home loan with them.
I recently changed life insurance brokers. I need to remove my previous life insurance policy from their system and change the policy to my new Discovery Life insurance policy.
No one in the call centre can help me as they do not know what to do? They keep referring me to ABSA life. ABSA life then refers me back to the Home loan department!
