My problem is that I have requested for cancellation of my life insurance policy with ABSA life and the amount due to me to be paid over to my FNB account. Now, I had to hold on for about 15 minutes each time I phoned the call centre, it is amazing that in this life time there is still Banks that give this poor service. I'm sure that there is legal option that I can take going forward seeing that ABSA doesn't want to cancel my policy and pay the money due to me. I'm also sure that I can go to the ombudsman to get his resolved and maybe go as far as FICA. What way do ABSA want to go??
