I recently noticed a Absa Life debit order on my account which has been running since January 2012.
This was suspect since I don't have a Absa Life policy.
I investigated this matter and found that someone else's Absa Life policy is being deducted from my account.
Apparently the mistake was made by Absa when altering the banking details on the specific policy.
I have been trying for three weeks to get my money back with no results.
My emails are not answered.
If I phone they always promise to come back to me and this never happens.
I don't care If Absa battles to get hold of the policy owner.
Absa made the mistake and I am financing their mistake.
I want all the money which were deducted wrongfully from my account, back with interest.
