On the 2nd of Nov 2013 I was @ the queee inside Absa bank in Eastlyn when I received an SMS on my phone to say I have withdrawn R3000 inside Absa Mamelodi. I immediately reported the matter to the teller who was assisting and she checked on the system and confirmed that indeed the money has been withdrawn. I had all my bank cards with me and my I'd book also. The lady immediately contacted their forensic Dept and Absa Mamelodi about the matter and I was told to wait in the bank awaiting for feedback from the forensic Dept and Absa Mamelodi. Mind you that the lady made Copies of my cards and I'd for the forensic Dept and Absa Mamelodi as a proof that I was there in person. After 1hr 30min the lady told me that the matter will be investigated and I must do the follow on Monday with the lady by the name of Elsie Parsons @ Absa Eastlyn. I phoned on Monday and spoke to Elsie who then promised to get back to me which she never did let alone taking my calls after that. I phoned their Dept and to my surprise no case was lodged and nothing was done about the matter. On Wednesday the 6 I went to Absa Mamelodi & the case was then lodged and the so called manager was very rude
