I have tried to open a business banking account online and have been dealing with the FNB call centre for over two weeks. A courier was sent to collect some required documents and it has been almost a week and the bank still have not received those original documents! This has resulted in delays in opening the account. The call centre staff are not very knowledgable and helpful. How can they not know where the documents are?
I was expecting this process to be quick because everything is online but due to some incompetance somehwere in the system, it has resulted in very frustrating delays. Can someone at FNB please sort this mess out as soon as possible?
