Feb: Application Online to obtain an account for new company. Ref. No.1-712512821
3 Apr: after contacting FNB directly, we got our first message back for all the documents to be signed.
5 Apr: All the documents signed, scanned and emailed back to FNB.
9 Apr: Received feedback that some documents were missing. Had to call to find out that it was only a specific field on the form that was missing. We re-send.
Mid Apr: After calls to FNB the account was opened and Cards sent. Received the cards and signed for them. As the FNB process is that their Courier will collect the original signed forms, we asked the courier to take the forms. He said "Not my job." We waited for another courier. No one came. As result our account were frozen and cards not activated.
9 May: Requested help from FNB again.
10 May: Automated message
13 May: Forwarded to Business Banking and told I will be Contacted in 48 hours.
3 June: Nothing. Went to The Victorian branch for help. Could not help me. Michael de Witt raised internal complaint "290911". Emailed Business Banking again. Judith Minnaar said someone will call before End of day. Still waiting.
No salaries could be paid for the new company for May.
