I have been trying to open a Business bank Account for the past week, i was promised to have documents sent to me in 42 hours it is now 192 hours later and still no documents.

I have called FNB countless times and on all occasions were told the documents would be emailed soon.

I am not satisfied with this service as I am trying to run a business and they are keeping me from going forward.

They advertise on television and on the website to switch to FNB in under 10 Minutes but their service.

I have never waited this long to open any of my bank accounts in my life. I think FNB needs to teach their staff to tell the truth and to tell team leaders to get off their and stop socialising and do their darn work!!

I think FNB does not want new costumers that's why their employees are so relaxed.
