In short:
NSFAS cannot provide me with a statement so I can start paying my debts. Now ive requested this about 5 times already on email and another 5 times per telephone conversation, but now I'm done.
I want to pay my loan, but they do not help me. How can it be that a willing customer cannot pay his debts due to the creditor not providing the necessary details.
Utterly ridiculous!!!
I want my debt to be indicated on a final statement as I finished my studies in 2013. It is also very very urgent.
