Opening a Business Banking Account

I have been struggling to open a Business Banking account for the last two weeks - and around every corner there has been a stumbling block, ranging from the documents being incorrect but nobody telling me what was incorrect, the courier sending the card to PE instead of Sandton, the call center not following up with my paperwork and all the while I am unable to trade. Also, I don't receive any communication if I don't pick up the phone and call them. I really thought FNB would step up to the plate seeing as though I have been a customer of theirs for more than ten years now, and have received excellent service up until this point. VERY disappointing to see that the world's most innovative bank cannot process a new account in a respectable amount of time.
