Online business account registration bad n slow

Good day FNB

First of all I love FNB, and will always do, but am finding that online account opening is the slowest ever, It has been about 4 weeks since I started the process and I still dont have my card and no idea when I will be getting it. If I knew it was going to take so long I would have just went inside the bank.

And the sad part is that I am not getting any feedback, and I had mentioned that the account is also urgent. Please get someone from the business banking account opening to call me and tell me when I will be getting my card, only on Thursday did you guys come and collect my documents. But am still waiting on my card and someone to activate the account for me.

I just need the business account opening to be finalized. PLEASE
