Try opening an account online

Around 2 weeks ago, I went to Jacaranda centre FNB to open an account. After 50 minutes I left, without being assisted due to only one consultant assisting customers.
I reported this on the FNB website, and got a call back to apply online.
I did this, got a call from their call centre informing me I will get documents to complete and send back.
The documents was email to me on the 21/01/2013. I completed it and mailed it back on 22/01/2013.
I enquired yesterday about the status of my account as the business transactions now has to go through my personal account, and I had to pospone a meeting with SARS who require banking details.
Today I was called again, and informed they do not have the info, and I have to redo everything.

I will rather go to ABSA or Nedbank, but I will not have more of my time wasted by FNB.
