Opening of Business Bank Account-What a nightmare!

I tried to open a Business Bank Account online. I have tried from the 5th of December 2013 as this would have given the bank enough time to get it open before we as a business have to start invoicing. I have been on the phone trying to find out what the hold up is and NOBODY can tell me. First it was missing documents (which was not part of the list to start off with), when it was attached online I still get phone calls to phone back as the documents that was attached is missing once again! When you phone back, you either speak to a very disinterested person or when you ask for somebody by name, nobody knows of that person. The e-mails that is sent is from a "no-reply" e-mail address. When you go into the bank, you are required to submit TOTALLY different documents that was never even mentioned! I sent a complaint through to the [Email Removed] and no response. PLEASE HELP - I do not know what to do to open this bank account other than to do this through a different bank.
