I felt much welcome from the entrance by the security. I was so surprised as the security was aware that i am coming, he did greet with a smile, shake my hand and introduced himself. showed me where to park and explained to me briefly what is going to happen. aslo offered a sit to relaxed. Allan came, greeted me also with a smile, as he was busy serving a client, he asked me to give him few minutes as about to finish. He told me that there is a tea or coffee offered and water if I need them, showed me where they are. He then finish with a customer and start serving me in a frendly manner and I had some questions, he did answer me and was satisfied with the answers. Also gave me a card for contacts if I need to ask something.
