NEW BANK ACCOUNT ATTEMPT

I applied online for a business account 15 January 2013. The account has not been activated due to numerous delays. The worse is it took 3 weeks for their couriers, CCD, to deliver the bank card, and that was after I phoned numerous times. A week after the couriers collected all documentation, my account is still not activated. Why they have online registration for Businesses, I do not know?

This is totally not acceptable. And FNB can keep their account, as business does not wait for one to open an account...
