I wasted R100 worth of airtime on useless standard bank telling me to call here and there because they don't really know which is the department, or should I say which is the competent department that will actually help me.
After being given 5 different department numbers by 5 different ppl and waiting for sumone anyone to pick up, I finally got through only to find that my issue is long sorted and my card is even waiting for me at the bank - thanks for freaking letting me know R100 worth of airtime later Standard Bank!!!
I really have better things to do with my airtime than chase after Standard Bank because you don't communicate with your clients - especially with regards to cases! really! MXIM
This is why I'm changing to FNB
