Today at 18:15 I transferred R369.00 worth of 2G data from my Standard Bank (which I have been using including today 4 days - max) to Vodacom sim card.

5 minutes later i realized that instead of putting 8022 I accidently put 2088.

I immediately phoned Standard Bank and told them the mistake that happened. Standard Bank told me that unfortunately even though they are very sorry they can't reverse the payment. They suggested I phone Vodacom.

I phoned Vodacom and spoke to a very nice man, but unfortunately Vodacom can't even reverse the payment.
"But they will put it in their suggestion box"

People are only human and I made a mistake. Now I am out of R369.00 and someone else has my 2G's worth of airtime / data.

No one at Standard Bank and Vodacom were willing to go the extra mile and assist me in any way to get my money or airtime back!!!
