I have been trying to get Standard Bank to assist with a refund query since last year. Mid November i wrote a report on Hello Peter regarding this and Standard Bank responded by saying that they would email me to find out more information. To date, i have received no emails or calls. I then emailed their complaints department, they also sent an email confirming that an agent would get in touch with me, but no one has.
I cannot believe that Standard Bank is such a useless bank. I will definately be cancelling my personal accounts, home loan and business account with them and i encourage all other Standard Bank clients to do the same..Pathetic service!!
