Standard Bank charge incorrectly. No feeback

On 2014-01-31 someone deposited cash into my account. Then next day Standard Bank charged R42.80 for the deposit. I sent a secure message asking them to contact me and reverse this charge as I am allowed 3 free cash deposits p/m. On 2014-02-03 a representative phoned me and told me she would investigate and phone back later that day. I still have heard absolutely nothing.

I am registered with my-updates, yet I did NOT receive an SMS of the money leaving my account? Standard Bank tried to sneak the money out my account and hope I didn't notice. I wonder how much money they "" because people don't notice it.

Disgusting and unethical!
