Bad customer and investigating service

As a new Standard Bank client I expected a lot from them having seen their services through media. On December just before New Year's day I went to withdraw at an atm in Jabulani Mall. When I got there Eventually became a statistics on as I became a victim. I reported to Standard Bank's call centre which charged me till my airtime was exhausted without going through. Then when finally through and got the reference and the time my card was stopped, another transaction happened. Now the department after weeks of waiting and going straight to the branch they tell me they can't pay back as the pin was used.
Not sure if a thorough investigation was conducted cos I'm not the person who made a withdrawal and all other transactions on that particular day.
