Very unsattisfied with their service

I have been a standard bank account holder all my life and convinced my newly wed wife to join me at Standard Bank.

From the start we had trouble to get my wife's card from standard bank! Then when we got it she got a blue normal card where as I having the same type of account get a gold card and she tried to use it in the shopping centre it said insufficient funds but had money in the account and when she queried it at standard bank they couldn't find the problem.

Now when I try to register her for UCount it doesn't find here when I put in her ID
