Bad service from Standard Bank
Had the worst service from Standard Bank last week... I had to struggle to clear my own money from Standard bank. Two of the customer service consultants did not know there job and couldnt assist me with advice as to how to clear my money which Standard Bank witheld and then on the 29th January the Standard Bank Atm witheld my card. The next day when i went to the Standard Bank Blueroute branch i obtained the card and stated that i will not pay for a card as Standard bank Atm withelf my card. The consultant who assisted me assured me that i would not be charged and also my money would be cleared. The next day i checked on my cellphone banking and saw that the money has not been cleared and that i was charged a fee for the card. I then had to go back on Saturday the 1st Feb 2014 only to stand in a long queue. This was a waste of my time if only Standard Bank's staff were properly trained. I am highly dissapointed and am considering changing banks.....I dont understand why i have to fight, waste my Airtime and my time visiting Standard bank for my own money and fighting for my money!!
