We applied for a second bond beginning of January 2014. all the paper work and assessments was done. we received an sms saying our application has been approved. They phoned us and said they will be in touch as to when we can come and sign the last paper work with in a week. After a week we phoned and they said they still waiting. We waited and my husband went there they said the application is only for a quarter of what we applied for and they still waiting for the paper work. When we phone the lady she is not available and she never phones back. This is the worst service from a bank that I have ever seen. They do not keep their promises and they are never available. We never had problems but now we really considering a new bank if this is how they treat their loyal clients.
