I have been trying to get a refund from instant-money via the church street branch (PTA) and between the help at the branch and the consultant at instant-money incompetence is rife.
its been two trips and hours in wasted in the bank queues only to be told that the sender of such money can claim the refund and now the sender has been told that only i can claim the refund.
I want my money. someone at the bank has to know the processes to follow, its your systems.
i am fed up with standard bank
