Shame on you Nedbank, you have lost a loyal client

I am very dissapointed by the feedback / Response i got from Nedbank. I am a Nedbank homeloan client have had my bond with Nedbank Alberton for over 8 years. I believed i had a great relationship with the bank since i pay my homeloan 4 days in advance monthly, and i not only pay my account early but I also pay more than the required repayment amount on monthly basis. I applied for a further loan with Nedbank and it was declined with no clear reason why. Me and my husband are both clear from ITC and Transunion, we also have affordablility for what we applied for, only to be declined with no clear reason. The consultant was also very unprofessional and not feedback driven at all, you had to call three times a day just to get feedback on the status of the application. If this is how you treat your loyal clients, then shame on you Nedbank, you have lost a loyal client. From a very dissapointed who is ready to swich banks.
