Shocking service and feed back

Mr NZ applied for an increased home loan, he duly went into the bank. Since having a bond he had got married which he advised the home loans officer, who was dealing with it and gave all his wife's paper work, which he was told that it wasn't necessary and they did not need the paperwork. Subsequently, paper work was sent to home loans and we were given a total run around as they realised we are married ICOP and now required paperwork, we sent what was required, then it is not sufficient and required more which went back and forth a couple of times after over 6 weeks the bond was finally ready for signatures at the lawyers, off we go only to realise they have spelt Niel inaccurately. Paper work sent back to home loans a week later we get a call all sorted please go and sign we arrive at the lawyers a 2nd time, as we are waiting we get a call. Oops sorry now the STAND number is now incorrect. So here we sit still waiting for the 3rd call hoping Nedbank Home loans can get there act together to resolves this issue. Besides that then we still have to wait for the bond to be lodged and registered.
