Two weeks ago we went to Ackermans Clearwater mall to open an account, that was on a sunday the lady who helped me and my husband said she will fax our application through we should wait for an sms with a refrence number to say yes its been approved or no its not been approved. For a week we did not hear anything, we went to Ackermand again last week Saturday to hear why it's taking so long they called the manager to ask her, she phoned the people working with the applications and she said we need to speak to them as they had some queries on our form, she handed the phone to my husband and the lady said no there was no problem with our application Ackermans should refax our application, the mamanger apologised and said she will fax it through now for us as her file is still open with our application, she said we must wait for the sms, till today we did not receive an sms, confirming or declining our application. My husband decided to go in to ackermans close to his work today and they told him that Clearwater mall still did not fax our application through, if this is the way they treat new clients I sure as do not want to be a part of their client base.
