Sick and tired of home loans shocking service

I have an existing bond with Standard bank and have applied for a second bond on the property, after numerous calls to find out what is going on, I received a email from the attorneys. After 4 months from the date that my application was submitted they inform me that they will be handling the the registration of the new bond all the paper work that was submitted to the attorneys by the bank was of another bond that doesn't belong to me. I have now decided to cancel the application and will soon be moving my bond to a new bank that wants to help me and that is not as inconstant as Standard Bank. I will also be telling all my friends about the poor service that they deliver and will never recommend anyone to use Standard bank
