DO NOT GO TO NEDBANK FOR A HOME LOAN

I am an existing home loan client with NB (13 years). I applied for an extension to my bond and due to the absolute inefficiency of ABSA (unable to provide a bank statement) my application was declined ( - 06/06). After much discussion, e-mails and phone calls they agreed to re- the application. About 2 weeks later (22/06) i received an sms confirming that my app was successful, i went in to the bank on the following Monday morning to sign acceptance of their quote. I phoned back on that Friday because i had heard nothing from them only to be told that the app was declined AGAIN. I went through the entire process again and 1 1/2 weeks later (05/07) received an e-mail confirming that the app was approved. Now a week later i have been informed that it was declined for the third time and sent back to the credit dept. Unfortunately due to lack of bank statements i cant move my bond yet but believe me the moment i am able to get a statement i will be moving my bond.
