Further Bond application

We have been trying to apply for a further bond loan since February 2013.
After a lot of frustration and endless phone calls our bond application was denied after filling in 2 application forms and consultants giving us different information each time.
After investigating why our application was declined we where informed that the credit department duplicated our school fees as a monthly expenditure. Eventually after straightening that out we were approved. After a month went by and still heard no further correspondence we again followed up only for them to inform us it needs to be sent through to lawyers for the paper work to be signed. Asking us again for all nhbrc certificates and doing a evaluation they sent paper work through while on the phone with us.
We are now after 5 months been told it will take another 4 weeks for paper work to go through.
Today a week later we have been asked for a occupational certificate for our swimming pool which is on our original plans which they originally signed our bond off on.
Many phone calls and hours it's been and still we are no further than 5 months ago. Going from one operator to the next and repeating our story many times over.
