Nedbank Home Loans make mistake and I have to pay

I Aug last year I did a re-structure on my bond, I was told to go to my branch in North Gate to sign the papers as well as the new debit order. I went to Northgate branch signed the papers AS WELL AS THE NEW DEBIT ORDER, (I have a copy... signed by the bank)..Needless to say I am still paying via EFT as the paper work was lost on Nedbank side!!!...I have now accrued thousands of rands worth of interest albeit i pay more than is requered. I spoke to the bank and they say..."we will have to do the process again"... NO AS THIS IS NOW R1700 MORE!!! The long and the short of it is..the bank lost my paper work and I have to eat the loss in terms of interest... My first debit order, which is still to go off, as well as the re-structure paper work i have, all signed and legal, yet they claim i must redo it!!...almost 10 months and still nothing done yet my legal fees and interest is at 35k..due to NEDBANKS mistake to which they admit. Person now ignoring me is TERSIA ENGELBRECHT (TEAM LEADER??.LOL) 011 667 5055... DO NOT HOLD YOUR BOND WITH NEDBANK, LEGAL IS WHAT THEY ARE..PLEASE TRUST ME!!
