Billing without an Account Statement

My mother has an account with you: 158693180001 she has been paying this account for over 7 years now. She has never received an account statement to show where she is sitting with the account. I find this very odd especially at this time where customers should be treated with respect.

Please provide her with a detailed statement as well as balance so that she will know when she is due to finish this account.
