I've got a complaint about my standard bank credit card, I started paying it in November 2012 after making arrangements with them with the total outstanding balance of R3 673.54. I started paying R250.00 a month from November 2012, the monthly contributions that I have done so far are totaling to R1 750.00. But to my surprise when I requested a statement to day it was a shock to me to find out that I still got the outstanding balance of R3 411.96. I am really not happy about this, of which as I am paying seemingly there is a lot of interest and charges that are being added whereas I am currently paying the account. Can you please help me with this matter its really frustrating me now. I mean its after 7months now paying this account but the balance does not show that at all.
