The first statement is correct dated 12 April 2013 account number 0012010001024312564 with the following balance of R53.85, card number 6277430011024312568 which Am aware off. I don't appreciate you guys send me incorrect new statement with my name, address with incorrect billing of which I don't know of those purchases that were done in Pretoria Total Sports under the following account number 0016110001027821199, card number 6277430011027821193 with the balance of R10 147.81 this account does not belong to me. Please advise your billing account/department to get the act together and correctly send people their own statement account.
Am not pleased with the incident of billing me of thing I don't know and even thinking of closing this account with Markhams. If this is how you guys conduct business its best for me to part ways. It is unethical of you guys to bill people with things they did not purchase. Please can you clear my account with this incorrect billing and send me the correct statement of item I have purchased as this will affect my credit worthiness.
