I recently went on the outsurance website and requested a quotation. I received a call from an agent and gave all my details, we were interrupted as i am on switchboard, the electricity in the area was down, so i requested him to call me at home, till date no call no quote, maybe you guys couldn't match my current insurance and didn't want to pay. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Makes you think at claim stage what will you guys do or maybe my business isn't good enough!!!
