Incorrect Bank Statement

I had a good festive season until I printed my Bank Statement on Saturday 12/01/2013. Only to find out that my statement was scrambled up and overdrawn.
The Statement reflected incorrect days when electronic transactions were done. For Example, on 14/12/12, I checked into a Hotel and payment for booking was done via my Cheque Card, and a sms was sent to my cellphone upon payment showing my reduced bank balance, however on my Bank Statement, Standard Bank charges me on 07/01/2013, which has resulted in an overdrawn account. How is this possible? I have budgeted my cash flow as per my bank receipts and sms's received from Standard Bank, but Standard Bank has reflected a completely different statement.
I am totally disgusted by Standard Bank's service. Now I am sitting with a current account that is overdrawn because of Standard Bank's errors. I regard this mixed up statement to be, because my atm receipts and sms's don't tie up with my Bank Statement.
I shouldn't be doing Standard Banks work for them and following up errors on a Bank Statement that I have printed and paid for and suffer the consequences thereafte
