After a year of enquiry's made to get a detailed statement as a dept review customer for my vechile finance account;I decided to put it on your web site, so that people can see, that ABSA don't care for their customers, they refused to supply me with a detailed statement as well as for my dept counsellor.if they can't supply me with a detailed statement for my vechile account: when will one know when the account is fully paid up? by law it is my right as a consumer to get a statement (consumer protection act).what can I do as a 3 party to get a statement for my vechile if I am under dept review and if they don't want to give it to me, can they supply it to my dept councillor?
