I was contact over a month ago about my Nedbak account that I stopped using last year. I was told I had incurred bank charges and I had unpaid fees, I had asked for a detailed statement after I contacted them because I had asked the previous person to contact me during my break times which they failed to do. I called and spoke to a very helpful lady who unfortunately up until now has not send me a detailed statement as per my request. I had mentioned that I would be willing to pay the charges but I need to see as statement which she said I should mention to any one else who calls. Up until today I have not received the statement it's been two months later and I have been sent an email about my account being handed over. I am not willing to be contact them as they have not upheld their part of the agreement by sending a statement.
