Unauthorised deductions

After i was retrenched late last year (July) i tried to communicate my situation with African Bank. After several emails and calls, they finally said i should send them my retrenchment letter and ID copy, which i did on August.By the time installments were still being deducted on my account. The last consultant i spoke to, told me that after 6 months from then, African bank was going to call and check if I'm working or still unemployed as the insurance were going to pay in 6 periods. On the10th of an i sent an email [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] the retrenchment letter and an ID attached, trying to find out what was the status of my account because I'm still unemployed and I'm studying. The reason for this was that, African Bank never informed me if the account is being paid by the insurance company or not, but until now neither of the 2 have replied back. To my surprise they decided to deduct funds on my account without my knowledge and authority. I sent an email yesterday explaining this and also called this morning, but just to be told that the bank will not refund me even if I'm not working.
After trying so much, then i get this!!
