I have african bank client since 2008 and i have been paying my monthly instalments as agreed then the problem started 2011 when i was retrench by the company i was working for so i quickly went to african bank branch @ jabulani mall, they asked for the retrenchment letter and my id copy i gave them and the told me that they have faxed to insurance department the funny part is that i was still called by collectors wanting me to pay my monthly instalment were by i explain to them that am now unemployed so they took the matter to their insurance department and they wanted me to re fax the letter and i told them my challenge that i have lost most documents cause my house in 2012 was flooded so i told them i no longer have the letter with me where by they told me that they going to list me on the blacklisted which that they have done already, my problem is i no longer have the retrenchment letter with me will i be able to get help cause now i can even get a job cause my credit record is not good.
