Good day
I was retrenched in October 2012 I claimed insurance from African Bank then yet I am still unemployed. I called callcentre in order to inquire what I can do as I am still unemployed. I was told to bring a certified copy of retrnchment letter, certified copy of ID and an affidavit stating that I'm unemployed. I then gathered all the required documents and went to African Bank in Zevenwacht mall on the 12.06.2013. I was helped by a black consultant (lady) I did not get her name. She then told me everything they require is there and she will fax it for me. I then receive a call only yesterday from a lady named Constance telling me she requires a 6 month bank statement, copy of my I'd and affidavit. I have given all this documentation!! Why must I go into bank again??? All that's outstanding now is a 6month bank statement but why was I not told this??? Services at African Bank!!
