Refund query

I have a loan at African bank. I got retrenched, my last day was the 31st July 2013. I applied for retrenchment insurance and was successful up until they started deducting money again from my account at the end of Oct without my consent. I called them, they told me that I was supposed to notify them that I'm still unemployed, which I was never told about that. Anyway, I have submitted all the documents (Affidavit, Bank statement, ID) to confirm that I'm not employed. Again they deducted the money from my account this month end of November without my consent. I called the insurance but no answer. I sent them emails to 3 different email addresses that I got from their site. They never replied. I ask for your intervention. Please I would like to get a refund.
