Debit Order Deductions not authorised by me

On August 2012 I was laid off. I informed African Bank about my situation and submitted relevant documentation to process an insurance claim to cover African Bank loan and Furniture City. In February 2013 I was informed by African Bank that claim was successfull and African Bank Insurance Company would pay my loan and furniture installments for six months.(February 2013 to July 2013) after which if I was still unemployed I must resubmit insurance claim after July 2013.They further informed me that all Debit Orders had been cancelled. Upon receiving an sms from Capitec Bank today 8.05 a.m. that R 1850.00 had been deducted from my Capitac Bank account for African Bank via Debit Order. As I receive a minimum stipend from family for the deducted amount I am now questioning the reason behind these Debit Orders from African Bank as these debit orders had been cancelled October 2012.I want debit orders reversed and money to be put back into my Capitec Bank account.
